Here's a Friday "lift me up Love..."
Listen, I know that often times, life serves up one curve ball after another. And it often becomes easier to continue to fight your fear and continue dealing with unhealthy and unhappy situations, because it's a lot easier to go up against something you know very well, than to let the battle go and lay it all to bed. Let's face it, change is a scary thing for many people. It's easier to stare at fear and keep staring and keep worrying about how your life is going to go, then just to have simple faith that it will all work out.
I'm here to let you in on a little secret...psst...

Truly.
So let him or the universe or your faith work it out for you. You don't have to have all the answers. We're just humans after all.
When life is scary and you've had enough, know that you can let it all go.
You just gotta keep your head up.
